SATS posts $243.8m net profit for FY2025

Revenue for the period rose 13% to $5.82b.

SATS Ltd. reported a net profit of $243.8m for the financial year ended 31 March 2025 (FY2025), supported by strong growth across its core businesses.

The group’s revenue rose 13% to $5.82b, driven by higher volumes and increased air cargo market share. EBITDA also jumped 32.7% to $1.04b, with margins improving from 15.2% to 17.8%.

SATS proposed a final dividend of $0.035 per share.

The company said it expects continued growth despite global trade uncertainties. It added it is working closely with partners to manage tariff impacts and shifting trade flows, using its global network and warehousing capacity to maintain flexibility.

Looking ahead, SATS reaffirmed its commitment to strengthening its Singapore Hub and supporting partners worldwide through dependable service.

The company plans to maintain tight cost control, reduce debt, reinvest in growth areas, and enhance shareholder value amid evolving market conditions.
