Revenue for the period rose 13% to $5.82b.

SATS Ltd. reported a net profit of $243.8m for the financial year ended 31 March 2025 (FY2025), supported by strong growth across its core businesses.

The group’s revenue rose 13% to $5.82b, driven by higher volumes and increased air cargo market share. EBITDA also jumped 32.7% to $1.04b, with margins improving from 15.2% to 17.8%.

SATS proposed a final dividend of $0.035 per share.

The company said it expects continued growth despite global trade uncertainties. It added it is working closely with partners to manage tariff impacts and shifting trade flows, using its global network and warehousing capacity to maintain flexibility.

Looking ahead, SATS reaffirmed its commitment to strengthening its Singapore Hub and supporting partners worldwide through dependable service.

The company plans to maintain tight cost control, reduce debt, reinvest in growth areas, and enhance shareholder value amid evolving market conditions.

A NOTE FROM SINGAPORE BUSINESS REVIEW

If you've been wondering whether SBR could work for your company — yes, probably.

A lot of the companies we partner with started as readers. They'd been following our coverage for a while, saw their own customers and competitors in it, and eventually asked the obvious question: could we do something with you? The answer is usually yes. The shape of it depends on what you're trying to do.

The options are broader than most people assume — thought leadership articles, sponsored content, industry summits across Southeast Asia, regional awards programmes, podcasts, and media placements in print and digital. Some partners use one channel; most use a mix. We figure out the right combination by starting with your brief, not with our rate card.

So if the question has been on your mind, here's the easy way to ask it.

We'll tell you honestly whether we can help, and how. It's a better use of everyone's time.
