Singapore Airlines issues US$500m notes at 5.25% due 2034

The notes are expected to mature on 21 March 2034.

Singapore Airlines Limited has issued notes worth $673.90m (US$500m) with a fixed interest of 5.25% per annum.

The notes have an issue price of 99.65% of their principal amount, in denominations of more than $250,000 (US$200,000).

Payments are done semi-annually in arrears on 21 March and 21 September of each year.

The company has received an in-principle approval for the listing and quotation of its notes on the Singapore Exchange Securities Trading Limited (SGX-ST).

(US$1 = S$1.35).
