Uh-oh! SIA lags behind Asian airlines in on-time arrival ratings

Singapore Airlines only ranked 11th on the list - but guess which country had the most punctual airline?

It was Japan, as it holds 5 out of the top 10 on-time arrival percentage numbers.

Out of 6696 flights, only 5515 flew on time. This 82.85% on-time arrival percentage only brought SIA to eleventh place.

According to FlightStats, Korean Airlines, Malaysia Airlines and India's SpiceJet joined JAL, ANA and their respective subsidiaries captured the top 10 on-time performance positions in February. The average on-time performance rating among the 38 airlines we analyzed in February was 72.2%, up from January's 69.99%.
