GRC Limited’s wholly-owned subsidiary, CES_SDC, in a joint venture with Chan & Chan Engineering, has been awarded a $273m contract by the Land Transport Authority.

It involves the construction of roads and commuter infrastructure works, and is expected to be completed in approximately four years.

The projects are expected to contribute positively to the net tangible assets and earnings per share of the company for the financial year ending 30 June 2026.
