JTC awards Kaki Bukit tender to Primetop Engineering for $11.83m

It was the only bidder for the site.

JTC has awarded the tender for the industrial site at Kaki Bukit to Primetop Engineering Pte Ltd at a tendered sum of $11.83m

The site has a 30-year-old tenure and spans 8,036.3 sqm. The project’s completion period is 60 months.

The tender was launched last year on 26 November 2024 and closed on 21 January, with Primetop Engineering the only bidder.
