KSH granted $171.8m design & build contract for Biopolis Phase 6 development

The contract will lift the group’s order book to over $615m.

Property development and property management group KSH Holdings Limited has been granted the $171.8m design and build contract for Biopolis Phase 6 development in one-north, as well as works at the adjacent Buona Vista Node of the rail corridor from HB Universal, a wholly- owned subsidiary of SGX Mainboard-listed Ho Bee Land Limited.

Under the scope of the project, KSH will construct the proposed BMS development consisting of a 12-storey tower block with two basement carparks and rail corridor works at North Buona Vista Drive (Queenstown Planning Area).

This proposed Biomedical Sciences (BMS) project is part of the latest development in one-north which constitutes the government’s commitment to establish Singapore as a global research and development hub.

The project is expected to start this month and will be completed within 27 months.

A NOTE FROM SINGAPORE BUSINESS REVIEW

The people you want to reach are already in this room.

Every quarter, SBR lands on the desks of the founders, CFOs, and directors running Asia's most consequential companies. Every day, they open our newsletter and read our website. It's a room that took twenty years to build — and it's the one most of our partners are trying to get into.

The good news is that the door is open. We work with companies on thought leadership articles, sponsored content, industry summits across Southeast Asia, regional awards programmes, podcasts, and media placements in print and digital. The shape of the right partnership depends on what you're trying to do, which is why we'd rather start with a conversation than send a rate card.

If you have something this room should know about, tell us. We'll tell you honestly whether we can help, and how.

No rate cards until we understand the brief. It's a better use of everyone's time.
