KSH Holdings narrows net loss by 80% in FY2025

KSH Holdings narrowed its net loss to $5.9m in FY2025 from $31m a year ago.
Revenue fell 14.6% year-on-year (YoY) to $182.8m from $214.1m in FY2024, mainly due to lower construction revenue and a loss in the share of results of associates and joint ventures.
Loss per share stood at $0.0108.
Construction revenue fell by $31.8m to $178.1m as newer projects remained in the early construction stages.
The share of results from associates and joint ventures recorded a loss of $13.0m, largely due to losses in property development projects.
Meanwhile, other income rose 8.5% YoY to $13.9m, from $12.8m in FY2024, mainly due to fair value adjustments of investment properties in Singapore and the sale of fixed assets.

The board proposed a final cash dividend of $0.0075 per ordinary share, bringing the total FY2025 dividend to $0.0125 per share.
