Soilbuild Construction secures $69.6M in new contracts

The new contracts will boost the group’s order book to $1.25b.

Soilbuild Construction secured one construction contract and one forecast and prefabrication contract, collectively amounting to $69.6m.

The construction contract is for a multiple-user industrial development at Tuas South Avenue. The project is set for completion by Q3 2025.

Under the other contract, Soildbuild will supply and deliver precast components to an HDB project at Kallang Whampoa. The company expects to complete the project by Q4 2025.

The new contracts will boost the group’s order book to $1.25b.
