Soilbuild bags $81M in new construction contracts

The new contracts bring the company’s net order book to $658m.

Soilbuild Construction has secured two new contracts worth $81m. The contracts will commence in 3Q24 and are set for completion by 2Q27.

The company's subsidiary, Construction Contract SB Procurement, secured the first contract for a five-storey transportation hub in Ubi, Singapore.

The second contract, awarded to another unit, Precast Concrete, involves supplying and delivering precast components, including Prefabricated Prefinished Volumetric Construction components, for a Housing and Development Board public housing project in Tengah, Singapore.

The two new contracts bring Soilbuild’s net order book to $658m.
