Soilbuild profit sky-rockets 139% as order book hits $1.1b
Net profit rises to $63.6M in FY2025 as revenue jumps 50.8%, enabling higher dividends.
Soilbuild Construction Group Ltd posted a net profit after tax of $63.6m for the full year ended 31 December 2025 (FY 2025), more than doubling from the $26.6m in FY 2024, according to the company’s announcement on 26 February 2026.
Earnings per share (EPS) for FY2025 was 5.28 cents, compared with 2.21 cents in FY 2024.
Revenue rose 50.8% to $590.7m, supported by the Construction division, which contributed $476.6m, and Precast & Prefabrication, which generated $111.7m.
Elsewhere, gross profit doubled to $93.2m, with a gross margin of 15.8%.
The company reported cash and cash equivalents of $153.3m and total assets of $408.8m as of 31 December 2025 whilst net cash generated from operating activities was $157.0m.
The order book stood at approximately $1.07b, including contracts secured since FY2024, providing revenue visibility for future periods.
The company proposed a final dividend of 2.5 cents per share, bringing the total dividend payout for FY2025 to 31.2% of net profit.
