Soilbuild bags $158m new construction and precast contracts
The company’s order book also rose to $1.07b as of end-2025.
Soilbuild Construction Group Ltd. has been awarded new contracts totalling approximately $158m, the company announced on the SGX.
The projects include an 8-storey multiple-user general industry factory at Seletar West, Singapore, scheduled for completion by the first quarter of 2029.
The building is designed to achieve BCA Green Mark Platinum Super Low Energy with maintainability badge an eco-sustainable rating for a building under the Building & Construction Authority (BCA)’s Green Mark Certification Scheme
Elsewhere, Soilbuild’s subsidiary, Precast Concrete Pte. Ltd., will supply precast components for a Housing and Development Board public housing project in Redhill and a dormitory project in Tuas, both expected to finish by the fourth quarter of 2028.
With these wins, Soilbuild’s order book stands at approximately $1.07b as of 31 December 2025. The company said the new contracts are not expected to have a material impact on net tangible assets or earnings per share for FY2026.
