Soilbuild secures $85.5m contracts for industrial and housing projects

The contracts boosted the company's order book to $1.23b.

Soilbuild Construction bagged two contracts worth $85.5m.

The first contract involves constructing a 10-story multi-user industrial development at Tampines North, scheduled for completion by the second quarter of 2026.

The second contract, awarded to the company’s wholly-owned subsidiary, Precast Concrete, entails supplying and delivering precast components for a Housing and Development Board public housing project in Bedok.

The two contracts brought the company's order book to $1.23b.
