ST Engineering bags $4.4b new contracts in Q1 2025
The contracts were awarded across three of its business segments.
ST Engineering secured approximately $4.4b in new contracts in Q1 2025 across three business segments.
The Commercial Aerospace segment secured $1.3b in contracts across its Maintenance, Repair & Overhaul (MRO) and Aerostructures & Systems (A&S) sub-segments.
These include a three-year Boeing 787 service deal with an Asian airline, multi-year LEAP-1A engine maintenance contracts with Middle Eastern and Asian airlines, and orders for engine nacelles and composite floor panels.
The Defence & Public Security segment secured $2.7b in contracts, including a $200m deal with HTX for an islandwide public camera system. Its Digital Business, covering AI, Cloud, and Cyber, won contracts for a GPU data centre, AI-enabled command & control systems, and defence electronics.
The segment also secured new cyber product and ammunition orders, ship repair and maintenance contracts, an AI-enabled OT cybersecurity system, and cloud-based managed security services.
The Urban Solutions & Satcom segment won contracts worth $0.5b for rail electronics, Singapore car park projects, and the Downtown Line upgrade.
It also secured contracts for electronic road tolling, smart security management, and ground infrastructure in the aviation, maritime, government, and defence sectors.
These contracts are not expected to have a material impact on ST Engineering’s consolidated net tangible assets per share or earnings per share for FY2025.
