Ngiam Zee Moey resigns as Darco Water Technologies director

He intended to pursue other personal commitments.

Darco Water Technologies announced the resignation of Ngiam Zee Moey as non-executive director.

Mr Ngiam, 58, was also chairman of the Nominating Committee and a member of the Audit Committee and Remuneration Committee.

He was appointed to the post 20 September 2012, according to a Darco Water Technologies report.
