Credit payment platform YUP has secured US$30m in equity investment, doubling its valuation.
The round was led by Hong Kong-based venture capital firm MindWorks Capital, with participation from XVC, SWC Global, Richen Pioneer, and Antao Capital.
The funds will be used for market expansion in Southeast Asia and the acquisition of an Indonesian banking licence.
YUP was established by Singaporean startup Finture.
