The company was recognised in the Digital - Logistics category.

HAVI Freight Management (HFM), a global logistics and supply chain solutions, has been recognised at the SBR Technology Excellence Awards 2025 in the Digital - Logistics category for its innovative MyHFM platform.

Specialising in International Freight Services (Ocean & Air), cross-border trucking, and end-to-end supply chain management, HFM continues to push the boundaries of logistics technology with solutions designed to meet the evolving needs of global businesses.

Launched in June 2024, MyHFM ensures that shipment statuses and location data are continuously updated. “MyHFM provides customisable dashboards and reports, enabling businesses to make data-driven decisions and reduce manual inquiries by 30%, directly improving customer satisfaction,” HFM stated.

Through MyHFM, companies can monitor key performance indicators (KPIs), track trends, and proactively address inefficiencies. These capabilities have led to faster response times to logistics challenges, contributing to improved customer satisfaction and trust in HFM’s services.

The platform’s impact has been widely recognised across industries, with a 90% adoption rate. MyHFM also supports automated document management, allowing users to download critical documents instantly. Automated alerts ensure that customers are notified when documents are available, eliminating the need for manual email requests and further boosting efficiency.

HFM is committed to continuous innovation and expansion of MyHFM’s capabilities. Future enhancements include GPS integration for near real-time vessel tracking. Additionally, sustainability tracking features are in development to help customers calculate container detention and demurrage costs, minimising penalties and improving overall cost efficiency.

HFM is also working toward a global rollout, incorporating order management features, self-managed booking options, and multilingual support to cater to a broader customer base.

“With planned enhancements like AI integration and sustainability features, MyHFM is set to continuously evolve and meet the growing needs of its users,” the company added.

A NOTE FROM SINGAPORE BUSINESS REVIEW

If you've been wondering whether SBR could work for your company — yes, probably.

A lot of the companies we partner with started as readers. They'd been following our coverage for a while, saw their own customers and competitors in it, and eventually asked the obvious question: could we do something with you? The answer is usually yes. The shape of it depends on what you're trying to do.

The options are broader than most people assume — thought leadership articles, sponsored content, industry summits across Southeast Asia, regional awards programmes, podcasts, and media placements in print and digital. Some partners use one channel; most use a mix. We figure out the right combination by starting with your brief, not with our rate card.

So if the question has been on your mind, here's the easy way to ask it.

We'll tell you honestly whether we can help, and how. It's a better use of everyone's time.
