31% of TEE Land's Lattice One units sold over the weekend

TEE Land’s freehold five-storey development Lattice One was 31% sold as 15 units out of 48 units were taken up during the preview period on 15 and 16 June 2019, an announcement revealed.

The average price of the units sold was around $1,800 psf. The types of units sold comprised 2-bedroom, 2-bedroom + study and 3-bedroom units with floor areas ranging from 50 to 100 sqm, and buyers of these units were all Singaporeans.

Located along Upper Thomson Road, Lattice One is a freehold five-storey residential development at Seraya Crescent. Nestled within a private residential enclave and on the fringe of Lower Pierce Reservoir, Lattice One has accessibility to public transport network. It is also within 1-2 km from popular educational institutions such as CHIJ St Nicholas’ Girls School and Ai Tong School.
