The units can be sold collectively as a portfolio, individually, or in separate clusters. The sizes of the units range from 398 sq. ft. to 1,313 sq. ft. with prices ranging from $1.91m to $5.55m.

The 12 units have a total combined strata area of approximately 11,193 sq. ft. and are all approved for food and beverage use.

Located at Bedok Town Centre, the 17-storey mixed-use development is a few minutes from Bedok’s integrated transportation hub.

Locals and foreigners can purchase the units without incurring any Additional Buyer’s Stamp Duty or Seller’s Stamp Duty.

The sale will be conducted via an Expression of Interest exercise which will close on Thursday, 3 April 2025 at 3 p.m.
