CBRE has launched for sale a three-storey industrial building at 2306 Bedok Reservoir Road via private treaty for $26m.

The property spans 107,250 sq ft with a total gross floor area of 128,877 sq ft. It has a remaining tenure of 25 years.

The development consists of a ground-floor warehouse space with an air-conditioned production and business space on the upper floors and two cargo lifts with access to all levels.

Zoned for “Business 1" use, the property has a potential built-up area of 268,125 sq ft.
