Midview City is located at Sin Ming Lane in the heart of the Sin Ming Industrial Estate which comprises six 8-storey blocks and a row of 3-storey terrace blocks.

The site is served by two prominent entrances/exits via Sin Ming Lane and Bright Hill Drive.
The property has a guide price of $6.2m, which translates to $688 psf on strata area with no Additional Buyer’s Stamp Duty (ABSD).

The EOI will close on Tuesday, 29 April, at 3 pm.
