Four B1 strata industrial units within the E-Centre at Redhill are up for sale at $4.55m, according to Brilliance Capital.

Located at 3791 Jalan Bukit Merah, the units are near Tiong Bahru MRT station and landmarks such as IKEA Alexandra, Anchorpoint Shopping Centre, and Queensway Shopping Centre.

The site has a total area of 6,049 square feet with individual strata units ranging from 1,259 square feet to 1,604 square feet. It also has a balance lease of 37 years.

The units are designed to cater to manufacturing, logistics, and distribution businesses.

Moreover, the property being zoned for B1 industrial use allows both local and foreign corporate buyers to purchase with no Additional Buyer’s Stamp Duty (ABSD).

Brilliance Capital is the sole marketing agent for the sale.
