5 Enterprise One units listed for sale at $6.4M

The units have a guide price of $592 per square foot.

Colliers has announced the sale of five adjoining units at Enterprise One development, located at 1 Kaki Bukit Road 1.

The guide price for all units is  $6.4M or $592 per square foot, with GST applicable.

The five factory units for sale have a total area of 10,809 sq ft, with each unit equipped with personal toilet facilities.

A multinational corporation is leasing the units until 31 March 2025.

Enterprise One is a five-storey structure with a site area of 280,055 sq ft. 

The development comprises 226 units and has a leasehold tenure of 60 years from 9 July 1996, with around 32 years remaining.
