CBRE lists Bedok North strata unit for sale at $24m

The property has a strata area of 16,178 sq ft.

CBRE announced the sale of an HDB commercial strata unit located at 215 Bedok North Street 1, #02-87, through an expression of interest (EOI) exercise.

The EOI will close on Tuesday, 10 July, at noon.

The property has a strata area of 16,178 sq ft. It has an indicative guide price of $1,483 psf on the strata area, or approximately $24m.

The property is near the Bedok MRT station and is adjacent to Bedok Market and Hawker Centre. It is also close to the Bedok Mall and other nearby hawker centres.

Foreigners and companies can purchase the property without paying Additional Buyer’s Stamp Duty (ABSD) or Seller’s Stamp Duty (SSD).
