CICT logs $48m average daily turnover in Jan-Feb 2024

Over 250 SGX-listed stocks saw net institutional inflows in 2024 year-to-date.

CapitaLand Integrated Commercial Trust's (CICT) average daily turnover (ADT) has increased to $48m in the first two months of 2024, up from $34m in 2023, data from the Singapore Exchange (SGX) showed.

The market update showed that more than 250 Singapore-listed stocks have seen net institutional inflows, with 16 stocks also witnessing net retail inflows over the past 10 weeks.

CICT emerged as the most traded amongst the 16 stocks.

All 16 stocks, with a minimum $100k ADT year-to-date (YTD), have P/B ratios below their five-year averages. Of these, six saw declines, with Centurion Corp being the sole exception, gaining 4.9%.

Medtecs Int leads the YTD declines among the seven and maintains the largest P/B discount compared to its 5-year average.
