The area is near landmarks including four MRT stations, restaurants and exclusive social clubs. 

Foreigners and companies are eligible to purchase the property with no Additional Buyer’s Stamp Duty or Seller’s Stamp Duty.

The EOI will close on 30 October 2024, 3 pm.
