Commercial shophouses at 128 Neil Road on sale with $18.8m starting price

The sales tender exercise ends on 21 September at 3 p.m.

The 128 Neil Road, a 1,336-square-feet freehold commercial shophouse which is a two-storey mezzanine, is on sale.

It is also not subjected to ABSD and foreigners and companies are eligible to buy. 

In a statement, the property's marketing agent, Property Realty's Loyalle Chin, said the property is tenanted as an office but can be transformed into own usage or can apply for approved change of use to restaurant subject to approval by relevant authorities.

It is located across the junction of Shake Shack Neil Road and enjoys prominent street-level visibility. 

There is also a five star luxury hotel along Neil Road, Mondrian Singapore Duxton comprising of 302 rooms, art gallery by renowned Dawn Ng and established restaurants.
