The ongoing property downturn is forcing more real estate agents in Singapore to leave the industry, while fewer people are deciding to get licensed as agents, revealed data published on Thursday by the Council for Estate Agencies (CEA). View more here.

In 2014, Keppel Land sold 304 units, mainly from Highline Residences. The condominium project in Tiong Bahru sold 148 of total 500 units, or about 30 percent, as at end-2014, its developer said in a statement yesterday. View more here.

The Sing50 fund isn’t just about providing musical instruments, the fund’s manager said Thursday following criticism that its first initiative to promote Singapore music would be to purchase 50 Steinway-designed Lang Lang pianos. View more here.
