Four ground-floor shops at Farrer Park are up for sale via EOI

The cluster of shops is estimated to cost $18.5m to $19.5m.

Delasa has launched for sale four strata-titled shops on the ground floor of r66 apartments on Rangoon Road via an expression of interest (EOI).

Purchasers may submit their interest before 2 pm on Tuesday, 30 April.

The shops' guide price ranges between $18.5m to $19.5m, aligning with the region’s average price of $3,657 to $3,854 per sq ft on the strata areas.

The size of the units ranges from 947 sq ft to 1,819 sq ft with a combined floor area of over 5,000 sq ft.

Interested parties can purchase the shops as a cluster or as individual units, with prices of individual shops starting at $3.78m.

Two restaurants and a 24-hour mini-mart occupy the four shops. The shops have been approved for use as restaurants until 2028.

A NOTE FROM SINGAPORE BUSINESS REVIEW

The people you want to reach are already in this room.

Every quarter, SBR lands on the desks of the founders, CFOs, and directors running Asia's most consequential companies. Every day, they open our newsletter and read our website. It's a room that took twenty years to build — and it's the one most of our partners are trying to get into.

The good news is that the door is open. We work with companies on thought leadership articles, sponsored content, industry summits across Southeast Asia, regional awards programmes, podcasts, and media placements in print and digital. The shape of the right partnership depends on what you're trying to do, which is why we'd rather start with a conversation than send a rate card.

If you have something this room should know about, tell us. We'll tell you honestly whether we can help, and how.

No rate cards until we understand the brief. It's a better use of everyone's time.
