Frasers Property Industrial forms A$600m logistics venture in Australia
The investment covers a portfolio of eight industrial assets across Sydney and Brisbane.
Frasers Property Industrial entered into a capital partnership with an investment vehicle sponsored by Morgan Stanley Real Estate Investing (MSREI) in Australia.
The Frasers Prime Logistics Venture will capitalise on the continued strong demand for premium industrial estates in key logistics hubs.
The 50-50 joint venture covers a portfolio of eight major industrial assets located across Sydney and Brisbane. The portfolio is valued at approximately $499m (A$600m).
It spans a total gross floor area of 188,000 sqm and is fully leased with 11 tenants including Primary Connect, National Tiles, and Williams Sonoma.
Cushman & Wakefield, led by Tony Iuliano and Adrian Rowse, brokered the transaction.
