Freehold building in District 8 worth $16.88m up for sale

The sale will be conducted through an Expression of Interest (EOI) exercise.

28 Roberts Lane in Farrer Park precinct, District 8 has been launched for sale for a guide price of 16.88 million or S$1,981 per square foot on the total gross floor area (GFA).

Its GFA is 8,522 square feet.

The Expression of Interest (EOI) exercise for the property will close on 17 January 2023, at 3 p.m.

CBRE, the property’s marketing agent, said the six-storey freehold building sits on a land area of 2,003 square feet.

Currently, the property’s ground floor commercial unit is tenanted to a retail shop. The rest of the upper floors are residential units.
