Freehold strata retail units in Lucky Plaza for sale

The entire portfolio is listed at $52.6m.

A portfolio of freehold strata retail units in Lucky Plaza, Orchard Road, is now available for sale.

The portfolio includes a rare food court, offering a prime investment opportunity in one of Singapore’s busiest shopping areas, said exclusive sole marketing agent Savills Singapore.

Lucky Plaza is a mixed-use development, featuring a residential tower and a six-storey mall with a basement. Located in the heart of Orchard Road, the property offers high foot traffic, diverse tenants, and easy access to Orchard MRT station and major expressways.

“Strategically positioned within Lucky Plaza, these units boast prime locations with prominent frontages and enjoy high foot traffic. The basement food court, in particular, benefits from consistently strong crowds on both weekdays and weekends,” said Sophia Lim, director of Investment Sales & Capital Markets at Savills Singapore.

“This substantial offering provides investors and end-users with a rare chance to secure an immediate foothold in the coveted prime strata retail sector or significantly expand their existing retail holdings,” she added.

The portfolio includes 14 retail units across Basement 1, Levels 1, and 2, with a total strata area of 7,266 sq ft. This includes a 3,046 sq ft food court made up of seven adjoining units, plus a variety of businesses such as a pub, beauty service providers, and retail shops.

The food court is priced at $25.43m, whilst the entire portfolio is listed at $52.6m. Individual retail units are available from $1.1m. Foreign buyers and companies are eligible to purchase, with no additional stamp duties.

Interested parties can submit offers via Private Treaty.

A NOTE FROM SINGAPORE BUSINESS REVIEW

The people you want to reach are already in this room.

Every quarter, SBR lands on the desks of the founders, CFOs, and directors running Asia's most consequential companies. Every day, they open our newsletter and read our website. It's a room that took twenty years to build — and it's the one most of our partners are trying to get into.

The good news is that the door is open. We work with companies on thought leadership articles, sponsored content, industry summits across Southeast Asia, regional awards programmes, podcasts, and media placements in print and digital. The shape of the right partnership depends on what you're trying to do, which is why we'd rather start with a conversation than send a rate card.

If you have something this room should know about, tell us. We'll tell you honestly whether we can help, and how.

No rate cards until we understand the brief. It's a better use of everyone's time.
