GSH corporation raises $52.58m in digital securities issuances

Digital securities from these issuances will be listed on the ADDX digital platform starting 15 March.

GSH Corporation Limited has successfully closed three key issuances —  the G007 Issue, G606 Issue, and G126 Issue — raising a total of $52.58m in aggregate gross proceeds.

In a statement, the company said digital securities from these issuances will be listed on the ADDX digital platform starting 15 March.

Subscribers include Sam Goi Seng Hui and Gilbert Ee Guan Hui, who collectively subscribed for $43m, amounting to 88.50% of the G126 Issue and 60.10% of the G007 Issue.

Sam Goi is the controlling shareholder and Executive Chairman whilst Gilbert Ee serves as the CEO and executive director.

“The company will make further announcements as appropriate, if and when there are material developments in respect of the CP Facility Programme, the G007 Issue, G606 Issue and G126 Issue which warrant disclosure,” the group stated.
