Endeavor opens first Asia-Pacific hub in Singapore

It connects founders with more than 3,000 entrepreneurs across its global network.

US-based Endeavor has launched its first Global Hub in Asia-Pacific in Singapore, supported by the Singapore Economic Development Board and Enterprise Singapore, according to a joint statement.

The hub will connect global founders, investors, and talent with Singapore’s innovation ecosystem, whilst helping Singapore-based entrepreneurs access Endeavor’s global networks to scale and expand overseas.

“For entrepreneurs from Southeast Asia, expanding across borders too often means starting from scratch,” said Linda Rottenberg, Co-Founder and CEO of Endeavor. “Our Global Hub in Singapore gives founders from around the world a head start: a home base, a trusted network, and the right introductions to the people who can help them grow.”

Singapore’s innovation ecosystem provides a foundation for these ambitions, with the city-state ranking fourth in the Global Startup Ecosystem Index 2026.

The ranking underscores Singapore’s strengths in providing stability, resources for growth, and market access for startups.

The hub builds on Endeavor’s track record of supporting globally successful companies, including Singapore-based firms such as Advance Intelligence Group, Carousell, Carro, ShopBack, and StashAway.

It will offer mentorship, strategic introductions, and growth opportunities through Endeavor’s global network of more than 3,000 entrepreneurs.

Founders will also gain access to new markets, partnerships, and investment opportunities through curated connections with potential partners and clients across Endeavor’s global ecosystem.

Participants will receive tailored support at different stages of growth through programmes focused on fundraising, investor access, market insights, and sector-specific expertise.

The hub will roll out several flagship programmes to support companies across different stages of growth.

The Unicorn Builder Programme, which will launch later this year, will support promising growth-stage companies with the potential to become globally impactful businesses.

The Dare to Scale Programme targets high-potential, early-stage Singapore-based companies looking to accelerate their growth. Its inaugural cohort comprises eight companies across sectors including artificial intelligence, fintech, agrifood, and enterprise software.

Endeavor Next is an invitation-only community for serial entrepreneurs and repeat founders building their next global venture from Singapore. It enables experienced founders to exchange ideas, test ambitious strategies, and accelerate the creation of their next companies.

“Together, these programmes provide a continuum of support for promising companies across different growth stages – from preparing founders for their first international scaling journey to building the next generation of globally significant companies,” the joint statement said.

If you've been wondering whether SBR could work for your company — yes, probably.

A lot of the companies we partner with started as readers. They'd been following our coverage for a while, saw their own customers and competitors in it, and eventually asked the obvious question: could we do something with you? The answer is usually yes. The options are broader than most people assume — thought leadership articles, sponsored content, industry summits across Southeast Asia, regional awards programmes, podcasts, and media placements in print and digital. Some partners use one channel; most use a mix. We figure out the right combination by starting with your brief, not with our rate card.

So if the question has been on your mind, here's the easy way to ask it.

We'll tell you honestly whether we can help, and how. It's a better use of everyone's time.
