HDB launches tender for Chencharu Close site

The tender will close on 22 May 2025.

The Housing and Development Board (HDB) has launched for tender the mixed-use site at Chencharu Close.

The site comprises a commercial and residential development integrated with a bus interchange and a hawker centre.

It has a site area of 29,450 square metres and a maximum gross floor area (GFA) of 96,007 sqm. It has a lease period of 99 years.

The site is under the Confirmed List of the second half of 2024 (2H2024) Government Land Sales (GLS) Programme.

The tender for the site will close at noon on 22 May 2025.
