Industrial leasing slips 0.4% QoQ in Q1 

There were 3,008 rental transactions during the quarter.

Industrial leasing activity slowed down in Q1 2025, slipping 0.4% quarter-on-quarter (QoQ) with 3,008 rental transactions, Knight Frank reported.

Year-on-year (YoY), this figure represents a 2.0% gain.

The total value of rental transactions also fell to $25.6m, dropping 10.3% YoY and 1.1% QoQ.

Meanwhile, Knight Frank noted that rents remained stable across the 25th median and 75th percentiles for the different industrial property types.
