IREIT Global names Kevin Tan as CFO

He is head of investor relations and capital markets for IREIT.

IREIT Global Group has appointed Tan Heng Chew, Kevin as chief financial officer (CFO).

The board of directors have approved Tan’s appointment, the Singapore-based real estate investment trust said in an announcement on the Singapore Exchange, 28 January 2025.

Tan is a chartered financial analyst of the USA’s CFA Institute.

Prior to his new role, Tan was head of investor relations and capital markets for IREIT Global, a position he has held since August 2017.

He holds a Bachelor's Degree in Electrical & Electronic Engineering from Nanyang Technological University, and a Diploma in Electronic & Computer Engineering from Ngee Ann Polytechnic, Singapore.
