JTC launches 3 industrial sites under 2025 IGLS Programme

These sites come with an extended three-year lease tenure.

JTC has launched three sites as part of the first half of the 2025 Industrial Government Land Sales (IGLS) Programme.

These sites come with an extended three-year lease tenure, following recent updates to the industrial land lease framework.

The site at Gul Drive is the third of seven confirmed list sites for the first half of the 2025 IGLS Programme. Its tender will close on 20 May at 11 a.m.

Meanwhile, the sites at Plot 3 Gambas Way and Tuas Road are the third and fourth sites, respectively, of five Reserve List sites for the first half of the 2025 IGLS Programme. Their tender will close on 30 June at 11 a.m.

Under the Reserve List system, a land parcel will only be released for sale if it receives an offer of a minimum bid price that is acceptable to the government.

Interested parties can purchase the tenderer’s packet at $185.30 each, inclusive of GST.

A NOTE FROM SINGAPORE BUSINESS REVIEW

If you've been wondering whether SBR could work for your company — yes, probably.

A lot of the companies we partner with started as readers. They'd been following our coverage for a while, saw their own customers and competitors in it, and eventually asked the obvious question: could we do something with you? The answer is usually yes. The shape of it depends on what you're trying to do.

The options are broader than most people assume — thought leadership articles, sponsored content, industry summits across Southeast Asia, regional awards programmes, podcasts, and media placements in print and digital. Some partners use one channel; most use a mix. We figure out the right combination by starting with your brief, not with our rate card.

So if the question has been on your mind, here's the easy way to ask it.

We'll tell you honestly whether we can help, and how. It's a better use of everyone's time.
