JTC launches tender for site at Tampines North Drive

The land parcel had a committed bid price of over $7m.

A site at Ploy 9 Tampines North Drive 5 will be released for sale via public tender after it was accepted for application under a reserve list system with a bid price of over $7m, the Singapore government said.

JTC, a government agency tasked with industrial development, said the land tender was available for application through the reserve list system under the first half of the 2022 Industrial Government Land Sales Programme.

The sale is scheduled on 26 April 2022 with a tender period of six weeks.

The reserved site has 0.49 hectares with a 2.5 gross plot ratio whilst its tenure is 30 years.
