JTC opens site under IGLS on Tampines North Drive

The area is the third of four confirmed list sites for the first half of the programme.

Singapore's JTC has launched Tampines North Drive site for tender under the first half of the 2023 Industrial Government Land Sales (IGLS) Programme.

Tampines North Drive 5 (Plot 10) has a 0.5-hectare site area, a 2.5 grass plot ratio, and is classified as B2 zoning. It has a 30-year tenure.

Interested buyers can avail of the Tenderer’s Packet at $181.90 each, with tax included.
