Keppel REIT prices A$175m floating rate green notes due 2027

Funds from the issuance will support the REIT's acquisition in Sydney.

Keppel REIT has priced A$175m ($158m) floating rate green notes due 2027 under its Series 007 Notes Programme.

The REIT will issue the notes on 26 June at an issue price of 100% of the principal amount and in denominations of A$250,000 ($225.592).

The Series 007 Notes will have a floating interest rate, payable every quarter.

Proceeds from the issue will support the acquisition of 255 George Street, Sydney, aligning with green financing criteria.
