MPACT's net property income rises 2.2% QoQ to $183.2m in 2QFY23/24

The REIT likewise reported gains in its gross revenue and DPU.

Mapletree Pan Asia Commercial Trust (MPACT) saw its net property income (NPI) increase by 2.2% YoY in 2QFY23/24.

Apart from an improved NPI of $183.2m, the REIT also recorded gains in its gross revenue, which rose 1.3% QoQ to $240.2m.

The increase in revenue and income pushed the REIT's distribution per unit by 2.8% QoQ to $0.0224.

On a year-on-year basis, however, DPU fell by 8.2% from $0.0244 in 2QFY22/23.
