Newly renovated 112 Robinson up for sale

Major refurbishment was completed in Q3 2023.

A newly revamped office block along Robinson Road has been put up for sale for an undisclosed sum.

Cushman & Wakefield and CBRE on Wednesday launched the Expression of Interest exercise for 112 Robinson, a 14-storey freehold commercial building within the Shenton Way-Tanjong Pagar strip.

Measuring 91,238 sq. ft, the property has recently undergone major refurbishment ranging from an overhaul of the street-level facade, main entrance and the ground floor retail space.

The common areas such as office lift lobbies and toilets were also renovated, while several green features were incorporated, including end-of-trip bike racks, and shower facilities and a newly upgraded air-conditioning system.

112 Robinson is currently 90% occupied and offers a stable stream of rental income, according to C&W and CBRE, which serve as the joint exclusive marketing advisors of the asset.

The EOI will close next month, 18 July at 3:00pm.

Singapore’s Grade A office rents rebounded with a 0.7% uptick in Q1, according to Colliers.

A NOTE FROM SINGAPORE BUSINESS REVIEW

The people you want to reach are already in this room.

Every quarter, SBR lands on the desks of the founders, CFOs, and directors running Asia's most consequential companies. Every day, they open our newsletter and read our website. It's a room that took twenty years to build — and it's the one most of our partners are trying to get into.

The good news is that the door is open. We work with companies on thought leadership articles, sponsored content, industry summits across Southeast Asia, regional awards programmes, podcasts, and media placements in print and digital. The shape of the right partnership depends on what you're trying to do, which is why we'd rather start with a conversation than send a rate card.

If you have something this room should know about, tell us. We'll tell you honestly whether we can help, and how.

No rate cards until we understand the brief. It's a better use of everyone's time.
