In Singapore, professionals in the office/co-working asset class in the real estate sector receive the highest average pay at approximately $327,000 (US$245,000) and $293,000 (US$220,000) per annum respectively, Macdonald and Company reported.

The retail, industrial/logistics/IOS, and residential asset classes come next, followed by data center, hospitality/leisure/sports, and life science/research. Salaries for these asset classes range from approximately $253,000 (US$190,000) to $266,000 (US$200,000).

Meanwhile, the infrastructure and mixed-use asset classes receive the lowest average pay at approximately $197,000 (US$148,000) and $199,000 (US$150,000).
