Oxley axes Malaysia JV as Posh Properties enters liquidation

The liquidation will not affect the company’s earnings per share.

Oxley Holdings Limited’s 50%-held joint venture company in Malaysia, Posh Properties Sdn. Bhd., has filed for voluntary liquidation, ceasing its business activities.

Following the board’s decision, the liquidation will not impact the earnings per share or net tangible assets per share of the company for the financial year ending 30 June 2026.
