Oxley MTN Pte. Ltd. closes offer of $195m notes due 2024

The existing notes have an aggregate principal amount of $62.25m

Oxley MTN Pte. Ltd. has decided not to extend the expiration deadline nor re-open the exchange offer for outstanding notes worth $195m at 6.9%, as announced by Oxley Holdings Limited, its parent company.

The invitation had expired on 21 March 2024 at 11 a.m.

The settlement date of the offered notes accepted for exchange by Oxley is expected to be on 28 March 2024.
