Royal Square’s sixth floor for sale at $44.28m

Foreigners and companies can purchase with no additional ABSD or SSD.

A full floor of strata space at Royal Square is for sale with the guide price of $44.28m, as announced by Savills Singapore.

The sale will be conducted through an Expression of Interest (EOI) exercise which closes on Thursday, 18 April 2024, at 3pm. 

The unit is located at level 6 of the development, consisting of two strata titles that total 7,373 sq ft of strata area, facing an outdoor terrace garden.

Royal Square is a 33-storey, mixed use integrated development that comprises medical suites, a hotel and a two-storey retail podium.

The property is located alongside Health City Novena, Singapore’s largest healthcare complex targeted to be complete by 2030.

Both foreigners and companies are eligible to purchase, and no additional buyer’s or seller’s stamp duty will be enforced.

Prospective buyers may acquire the entire floor consisting of two individual strata titles jointly or individually.
