Sasseur REIT posts highest Q3 DPU in four years

The DPU for Q3 was $0.01838.

Sasseur REIT's distribution per unit (DPU) rose to its highest in four years in Q322, reaching $0.01838.

The Q322 DPU is 0.4% higher than Q321.

The DPU translates to a distributable income of $23.5m. Compared to Q321, the distributable income rose 1.2%.

In a bourse filing, the REIT said its DPU was supported by its EMA model.

in Q3, the REIT also broke its record for its portfolio occupancy rate which hit a four-year high of 96.9%, surpassing the pre-COVID level.
