Savills announced the sale of a two-storey commercial shophouse at 79 and 79A Serangoon Garden Way via an expression of interest (EOI).

The 999-year leasehold property has a site area of approximately 1,503 sq ft and a floor area of approximately 2,422 sq ft with car parks in the frontage.

It is zoned Commercial and is currently fully leased with the ground floor leased to a medical clinic and the upper floor leased to a baking studio.

The property has a guide price of $10.5m. Foreign buyers are eligible for purchase and no Additional Buyer Stamp Duty (ABSD) or Seller’s Stamp Duty (SSD) will be imposed.

The EOI will close on 23 April 2024, Tuesday at 3pm.
