A two-storey shophouse along Craig Road was put on sale for $12m, Savills, the marketing agent for the sale, revealed.

The shophouse will be sold through an expression of interest until 31 August 2022 at 3 p.m.

It also sits on a land area of over 1,581 square feet with an estimated floor area of 3,483 square feet.

Zoned as commercial, the asset comes with food and beverage approval on the ground floor and is approved for office use on the upper floor.

Foreigners and firms are qualified to buy the properties and no Additional Buyer Stamp Duty (ABSD) or Seller’s Stamp Duty (SSD) will be imposed.
