Singaporeans hold 2nd most valuable property portfolio in England and Wales

The value of Singapore nationals’’ property portfolio is £7.2b.

Amongst all foreign nationals, Singaporeans had the second most valuable property portfolio across England and Wales, data from Benham and Reeves showed.

According to the London-based property agency, the value of Singaporeans’ property portfolio is £7.28b.

There are 15,725 houses across England and Wales owned by Singapore nationals.

Meanwhile, Hong Kong ranked first with a property portfolio valued at £10.8b.
